CRUST:

1/2 c. graham crackers, crushed
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar

Mix together 1/2 cup graham crackers, 1/3 cup of butter and 1/4 cup sugar and press firmly into bottom of an 11x9 pan. Chill for 15 minutes. 1/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. milk 1 lg. tub of Cool Whip 1 lg. chocolate pudding (instant) 1 chocolate bar, grated

Mix together cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tbsp. of milk with mixer fold in 1/2 of Cool Whip into cheese mixture. Spoon over graham cracker crust.

Mix chocolate pudding pour over cream cheese mixture put remaining Cool Whip over top garnish with grated chocolate bar.
