CHOCOLATE PIZZA 
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 lb. white almond bark, divided (I use white chocolate bars)
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. peanuts
1 jar (6 oz.) red maraschino cherries, drained and cut in half
3 tbsp. green maraschino cherries, drained and quartered
1/3 c. coconut
1 tsp. oil

Microwave chips and 7/8th's of the white chocolate in bowl on high for 2 minutes; stir. Continue to heat until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in marshmallows, cereal and peanuts. Pour onto greased 12 inch pizza pan. Top with cherries, sprinkle with coconut. Microwave remaining white chocolate and oil until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Drizzle over coconut. Refrigerate until firm. Store at room temperature. Cut into wedges.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
