FUNNEL CAKES 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Powdered sugar

Pour oil into deep fryer, get hot but do not burn. Mix all ingredients together, except for powdered sugar. Pour batter through a funnel into hot oil in circular motion, then criss-cross motion until cake is about the size of a large doughnut. Remove when lightly browned. Drain on paper towels. While hot, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
