1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. pineapple juice
Whipped cream

Mix flour and sugar together. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Cook in double boiler until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. When ready to serve, mix into equal parts of whipped cream.

Delicious on cranberry salad. Also good on Waldorf or any fruit salad.
