2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. salad oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. orange juice
1 c. pineapple juice
Cool Whip

Combine sugar and flour in top of double boiler, add remaining ingredients except Cool Whip and cook until thickened stirring constantly; cool. Fold in Cool Whip. Use this to dress cut up apples, raisins and celery. This dressing is enough for two different dishes.
