WHIPPED CREAM FRUIT DRESSING 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. pineapple juice
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat; blend in flour. Add sugar, salt, lemon juice and pineapple juice; cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Be careful not to cook too long. If it becomes too thick add more juice.

Stir a small amount of hot mixture into egg yolks, stir into remaining hot mixture. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Chill. Fold in whipped cream.
