WHIPPED CREAM FRUIT DRESSING 
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. whipped cream

Combine egg, sugar and juices in top of double boiler. Cook until thickened, stir consistently. Let mixture cool. Beat cream until soft peaks form. Fold into cooled mixture. Serve with any fruit salad.
