SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. flour

Mix first 6 ingredients. Put in casserole dish. Mix toppings. Crumble and sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.
