"FIREHOUSE" CHICKEN AND
HOMEGROWN VEGGIES
 
1 whole chicken
2 med. onions
2 med. tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
2-3 cloves garlic (crushed)
1/2 c. snow peas
4 sm. potatoes
2-3 sm. yellow squash
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. fresh chopped basil
Seasoning salt and pepper to taste

Boil and debone chicken. Cut onions, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, squash and chicken meat into large chunks. Cook potatoes in large covered skillet with butter until just soft.
