PECAN & RAISIN CAKE | |
1 box raisins (dark) 2 c. pecans, chopped 1 c. butter 2 c. sugar 3 c. flour 4 eggs 1 tbsp. vanilla Cream butter, sugar and eggs; add flour. Mix well. Add raisins, pecans and vanilla. Batter will be stiff. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. |
