PECAN RAISIN COOKIES 
3 beaten eggs
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. corn oil butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. quick oats
1 c. chopped pecans

Soak together the eggs, raisins and vanilla for 15 minutes. Cream together the sugars and the butter. Blend together the two. Then add the rest of dry ingredients. Roll into small balls, then roll into white sugar. Do not flatten. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
