MUFFINS AND ROLLS 
1 c. scalded milk
3 tbsp. shortening
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast, compressed or dry granular
2 eggs
1 c. cooked, mashed potatoes
4 c. sifted Pillsbury Best Enriched flour

Combine in Dormeyer mixer bowl 1 cup scalded milk, 3 tbsp. shortening, 1 tbsp. sugar and 2 tsp. salt. Cool to lukewarm. Add 1 package yeast, compressed or dry granular, 3 eggs, 1 cup cooked, mashed potatoes and 2 cups sifted Pillsbury's best enriched flour. Mix in Dormeyer mixer at 2 speed for 1 minute.

Place in greased bowl and cover. Store dough in refrigerator or cold place at least two hours or until needed. Roll out. Place on greased warm sheet. Bake 400 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
