BAKED BEANS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. bell pepper
2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. maple syrup
2 strips bacon, fried and crumbled

Brown beef, bell pepper and onions in oil and drain. Add remaining ingredients except bacon. Mix well and crumble bacon on top. Bake in casserole dish at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
