AUNT JOAN'S CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
4 oz. (4 squares) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1/3 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
5 1/3 oz. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients, except vanilla. Cook, boiling on low, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Serve or store.
