CHICKEN TARRAGON 
1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut into pieces
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Dash paprika
1/4 c. butter
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp. tarragon
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

Preheat electric skillet to 340 degrees. Melt butter in skillet. Sprinkle chicken pieces with blended salt, pepper and paprika. Place chicken pieces in skillet and brown on all sides. Remove chicken. Add onions, mushrooms, cook until tender but not browned.

Return chicken to skillet. Sprinkle with tarragon. Cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. (Can also be baked in oven.)
