CHICKEN TARRAGON 
1 oven stuffing roasting chicken
Fresh tarragon
2 cloves garlic
2 onions, quartered
Garlic powder

Trim fat from bird. Insert fresh tarragon under the skin. Sprinkle tarragon and garlic powder over the bird. Insert into cavity the garlic cloves and quartered onions. Bake at 350 degrees until timer pops up.
