1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Half and Half
Grated onion (onion salt can also be used)

Whip the cream cheese with half and half until smooth and fluffy. Don't add too much cream as you don't want it runny. It should be like white frosting. Add the onion and mix in. More onion can be added to taste.
