LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1 (8 oz.) can Hunts tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can Hunts tomato paste
1 sm. container cottage cheese
1 pkg. mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
8-10 lasagna noodles

Brown ground beef and drain. Add other ingredients, simmer for 30 minutes. Cook noodles (don't drain noodles or they'll stick). Place noodles, spread with meat sauce, spread layer of cottage cheese, sprinkle layer Parmesan cheese, repeat layering. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (Be sure to cover pan with tin foil to prevent cheese from burning/darkening.)
