SAUTEED MUSHROOMS 
2 to 3 lbs. fresh mushrooms
1 to 2 minced garlic
1 cube butter
1 to 1 1/2 c. burgundy wine

Wash and slice mushrooms. Melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and mushrooms. Simmer about 15 minutes, then add the wine. Simmer on medium heat until liquid is almost gone.
