SAUTEED MUSHROOMS | |
4 (4 1/2 oz.) jars mushrooms 1/4 c. butter 1 c. minced onions 1/2 c. chopped parsley 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Drain canned mushrooms; set aside. Saute onions in butter for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes. Stir in parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve hot over toasted sliced French bread. Serves 8. |
