SAUTEED MUSHROOMS 
6 slices bacon
2 lbs. mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. fine & dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper

Cook bacon until crispy and crumble. In the pan in which the bacon was cooked saute mushrooms for 3 minutes. Add a little butter. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add onion, garlic and bread crumbs. Saute over high heat for 3 minutes. Add bacon, salt, pepper and parsley. Serve with beef or over fettucini.
