SEAFOOD TOSS SALAD 
1 tsp. crushed garlic
2 tbsp. butter
2 chopped jalapeno peppers
2 chopped scallions
1/2 head lettuce, tear into sm. pieces
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lb. chopped sea legs (imitation crabmeat)
Salad dressing (opt.)

Saute garlic, jalapeno pepper and scallions in butter. Add seafood to the pan and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Put 1/2 head of lettuce into a large bowl. Pour mixture over the lettuce and toss the salad to spread the ingredients equally over the entire salad. Serve warm or cold. I prefer to serve it warm.
