CURRY PICKLES 
20 med. pickles, sliced or cubed
1/2 c. salt

Mix - put 2 trays ice cubes over top, cover. Let soak 5 hours. Then wash and drain.

Mix:

1 tsp. curry powder
2 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. mustard seed
1 tbsp. celery seed

Bring this to a boil - add pickles - boil 2 minutes - put in jars and seal.
