ORANGE GELATIN MOLD 
1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. walnuts
2 or 3 med. carrots, grated
1 med. sour cream (optional)

Follow directions on jello package, except decrease cold water to one cup. Mix thoroughly. Put in refrigerator until semi-firm. Then grate carrots; chop walnuts; thoroughly drain crushed pineapple. Mix the last 3 ingredients in the semi-firm gelatin; then pour mixture in a mold; jell until firm. Remove gelatin from mold on lettuce leaves. Serve with the sour cream.
