STRAWBERRY GELATIN MOLD | |
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello 1 c. boiling water 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries with juice 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (1 lb. 4 oz. size) 3 ripe, mashed bananas 1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream Boil water and add to Jello. Stir to dissolve. Fold in strawberries with juice. Add drained pineapple and mashed bananas. Put half of the mixture in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Refrigerate until firm. (Quick freezer). Spread sour cream on top. Spread remaining mixture over cream and refrigerate. |
