PEANUT BUTTER DROP COOKIES 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. honey
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Cream shortening. Continue creaming while adding honey in a fine stream. Add peanut butter; mix well. Add egg. Beat until light and fluffy. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to creamed mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
