PORK CHOPS 
Cut off fat from 6 chops. Stab chops with a fork. With 3 cloves of garlic and 1 teaspoon ginger, rub the chops.

Mix together: 3 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. melted butter

Marinade chops overnight. Take out meat the next day and make sure chops are room temperature before cooking on foil on the grill. Grill for 1/2 hour only.
