PIONEER PRIDE CHOPS | |
1/2 c. cooking oil 3 tbsp. orange juice 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 5 pork loin chops, 1-1 1/4" thick 3 tbsp. steak sauce 3 tbsp. wine vinegar In screw top jar, combine oil, steak sauce, orange juice, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Shake well. Place chops in a heavy plastic bag, then place in a baking dish. Pour marinade carefully into plastic bag. Fasten bag with twist tie, making certain to squeeze marinade up around meat. Marinate 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning bag over occasionally. Drain chops, reserving marinade. Place chops on grill 3-5 inches from coals. Grill for 10-13 minutes on each side, turning chops once. Baste with reserved marinade in the last 5 minutes of broiling. 5 servings. |
