POP-UP BREAD | |
3 1/4 c. flour 1 pkg. dry yeast 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. Wesson oil 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt Stir yeast into flour. Heat milk, water, oil, sugar and salt until lukewarm. Add to flour mixture. Mix well and add eggs. Put into 2 coffee cans and let rise with lids on or until double in size. Remove lids and bake for 35 minutes at 375 degrees. |
