PEPPERONI BREAD 
1/2 package of pepperoni
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 Pillsbury Pizza Crust (in the pop-open container)

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Roll out the pre-made pizza dough onto a standard size rectangular cookie sheet. Sprinkle the cheese onto the pizza dough, covering it evenly, then completely cover the surface with pepperoni. Then, roll the dough into a large tubular shape.

Bake in the oven for about 10-13 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool for several minutes; then cut into 1 inch slices.

Yields 12-20 slices depending on the length and thickness after the dough is rolled.
