1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
5 tbsp. cocoa (rounded)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vinegar
Shortening (size of egg)

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees in 8 x 8 inch greased pan for 30 minutes or until done.
