3-LAYER RAISIN PIE 
STEP #1:
2 c. raisins
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tbsp. butter

STEP #2:
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

STEP #1: Combine above ingredients in a saucepan; bring to boil and cook until thick over reduced heat, stirring constantly. Then let cool.

STEP #2: Blend cream cheese and sugar together. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Spread half the cream cheese mixture into a baked 9-inch pie shell. Add the raisin mixture and top with remaining cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate. Serve cool.
