MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. sliced, pitted ripe olives
1/4 c. water
4 flour tortillas
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Sour cream
Chopped tomato

Brown ground beef and green peppers. Drain. Mix in soup mix, chili powder, tomato sauce, tomato paste, 1/2 of olives and water. Heat.

Place two flour tortillas in 12x7 baking dish. Top with half meat mixture and half of both cheeses; repeat. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Top with lettuce, sour cream and tomato. Six servings.
