BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken
2 c. cut up celery
1 pkg. frozen peas
2 tbsp. green peppers
1 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. rice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. corn flake crumbs

Mix ingredients together. Turn into 1 1/2 or 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle grated cheese and corn flake crumbs sauteed in butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
