BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Combine ingredients and place in 2-quart casserole. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Combine 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup slivered almonds and 1 cup crushed potato chips or Chinese noodles. Cover top of casserole and continue to bake until cheese is melted.
