KIELBASA STEW | |
1 lb. Kielbasa, cut in 1 inch slices 1 tsp. oil 1/2 c. sliced onion 1 c. diced green pepper 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes Brown Kielbasa, onions, and peppers in oil in large skillet. Add rice and tomatoes and cover and simmer until rice is tender, about 25 minutes. |
