JAPANESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 whole chicken breast
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 sm. pkg. slivered almonds
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
2 green onions, sliced thin
1 pkg. Top Ramen chicken soup

Microwave chicken 6 minutes. Slice when cool. Break up noodles (DO NOT COOK). Combine all ingredients.

1 pkg. seasoning from chicken soup
3/4 c. oil
4 tbsp. wine vinegar or more to taste
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Pour over salad mixture and refrigerate overnight.

Tyson chicken from the freezer department can be used instead of chicken breast. (Diced chicken is available.) Sunflower seed can be used in place of sesame seeds. I find more oil and vinegar enhances the flavor.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
