ITALIAN SALAD 
1 (1 7/8 oz.) Durkee Herb veggie seasoning
1 med. onion, finely diced
3-4 diced tomatoes
2 diced cucumbers
1 lg. diced green pepper
Pepperoni sliced or small pieces
Sliced stuffed olives
Italian salad dressing, add amount to taste
Shell macaroni or rotini noodles (8 oz.)

Cook noodles, rinse and cool. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Serves 12-14 people.
