PORK CHOP & POTATO BAKE 
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can French fried onions
4-6 pork chops

Combine soup, milk, sour cream. Stir in hash browns, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 French fried onions. Put these in a greased 9"x13" pan. Lay lightly browned pork chops over potatoes. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove pork chops from potatoes and top with the other 1/2 cheese and French fried onions. Bake another 5 minutes.
