POTATO SAUSAGE 
4 lbs. potatoes, uncooked
2 lbs. sausage
5 feet casings
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice

Grind uncooked potatoes. Grind potatoes and all other ingredients into casings. Make sure not to over fill casings, should be firm - not hard (about 2 inches thick). Make sure sausages are about 12 inches long. Boil for 1 hour. Serve warm. Great with turkey or ham dinners.
