2 2/3-3 lb. chicken
3/4 c. baking mix
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix dry ingredients, coat chicken. Place skin down on greased pan at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn and bake for 30 minutes longer.
