TAMALE CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked rice
2 cans tamales or 1 lg. can
1 can chili beans
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese

In skillet add chili beans and tomato sauce to rice. Remove papers from tamales and add to mixture. Heat through, simmer 5-10 minutes. Top with Cheddar cheese. Allow to melt and serve.
