TAMALE CASSEROLE 
5 tamales
1 can LaPreferida Spanish rice
1 c. cooked minute rice
1 can Hormel chile with beans
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Crushed taco chips

Lay tamales in bottom of casserole. Cover with Spanish rice mixed with minute rice. Cover with chili. Microwave on high 10 minutes. Remove and top with crushed taco chips and cheese. Microwave until cheese melts. Can be done in oven. It takes approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Plus 5-10 minutes to melt cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
