CHICKEN TIDBITS 
4 lg. (1/2) chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. basil
1 stick butter (melted)

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Mix together all ingredients except melted butter. Dip bite size chicken into melted butter, then roll in dry mixture. Put on cookie sheet and freeze. When frozen put into freezer bag and keep frozen until ready, to serve. Return to cookie sheet and bake in 400 degree oven 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with small dish of barbecue sauce or honey. Makes about 3 dozen.
