MICROWAVE HOT DISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, including liquid
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. uncooked quick cooking rice

Combine hamburger and onion in a 2 quart casserole. Microwave, uncovered, 5 minutes or longer until hamburger is nearly done. Stir twice during last half of cooking. Add remaining ingredients. Microwave, covered, 10 minutes at 100%. Stir and continue to microwave 4 minutes longer. Serves 5-6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
