CABBAGE CREOLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. chopped green peppers
2 c. diced tomatoes
1 qt. shredded cabbage
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. peppers

Melt butter in a 10 or 12 inch skillet. Add all ingredients and cover. Cook until cabbage is just tender, stirring occasionally. Do not overcook. Hot pepper and garlic may be added. Serves six and nice to serve with pork.
