LEMONY ORIENTAL MARINADE 
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. each reduced sodium soy sauce and vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper pods

Combine and stir until well blended. Preparation Time: 10 minutes. Yield: 1/2 cup.
