14 KARAT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. carrots, grated
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained (buy 20 oz. can to get 8 oz.)
1 1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped

Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (test with toothpick).

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box 10X confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add confectioners sugar and vanilla. Beat well. You should make two cakes, one will not last very long.
