CHEESY ALFREDO BAKE | |
1/2 (16 oz.) box penne pasta noodles 1 (15 oz.) jar creamy alfredo sauce (I use Classico) 1 (10 oz.) can Rotel diced tomatoes 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 2 medium sized ham steaks, cubed 1 medium onion, diced 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook noodles as directed on package, drain. Meanwhile, sauté onion and garlic. Put cooked noodles into 13x9-inch casserole dish. In separate medium bowl, combine prepared alfredo sauce, diced tomatoes, mushrooms, ham chunks, onions, and Parmesan cheese. mix well. Pour over noodles, and stir to cover and mix well. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is browned. Submitted by: Jennifer Gemmell |
