NO FAIL ROLLS
1 c. milk, scalded
1 cube butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
2 eggs
4 c. flour

In large bowl, combine milk, butter, 1/4 cup sugar and salt. In small bowl, combine warm water, yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar. Stir gently. Allow yeast to foam.

Meanwhile, in small bowl, beat 2 eggs. Add yeast mixture to large bowl and stir. Add eggs and stir. Add flour and mix. You can stir all of this by hand or with electric mixer - but dough will get VERY sticky which is normal.

Cover lightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, OR put in freezer for 1 1/2 hours. Make into favorite rolls, let rise 3-4 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 10 minutes. (2 dozen)
